For billing inquiries, please call Patient Account Services at (833) 226-2912. Each patient calling this number will have the convenience of having their basic billing questions (e.g., account balance, when and to whom account was billed, payments received, etc.) answered by our 24-hour/7-days-per-week electronic phone service.
It is important to remember that your hospital bill covers services provided by the hospital: room, nursing care, meals, housekeeping and linen. It may also include services ordered by your physician: X-rays, laboratory tests, medical supplies and oxygen. Your hospital bill does not include charges for your personal physician, surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist, emergency physician, radiologist, or other physician assistants. You will receive separate bills from these physicians.
