Educational Programs
Come learn about your preganancy and baby, along with strategies for labor and delivery. We offer a FREE comprehensive childbirth class - including breathing and relaxation techniques – and a tour of the labor and delivery unit for expectant parents in the third trimester of pregnancy We also teach basic newborn care to include diapering, feeding, carseat safety and more.
Childbirth Class ScheduleThursday Night Classes: Meet for 3 weeks, 6 – 9 p.m.
The first 2 classes are focused on “Childbirth Education”; the 3rd class is “Newborn Care”; and the 4th class is “Breastfeeding”.

Breastfeeding ClassesBreastfeeding provides great benefit to your newborn. Classes are available monthly on Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. and cover the following topics:
