Rakes named Chief Operating Officer of Cartersville Medical Center

Lori Rakes, FACHE has been named COO, Chief Operating Officer of Cartersville Medical Center. As COO, Rakes is responsible for the management of laboratory, radiology, anesthesia and respiratory therapy services as well as several non clinical departments. She is involved in the strategic planning and business development for future growth of the hospital.

Tatum named Vice President of Human Resources for Cartersville Medical Center

Robbie Tatum has been named Vice President of Human Resources for Cartersville Medical Center. In her role as Vice President, Tatum oversees all recruitment, selection, placement and retention of employees. She is also responsible for development and implementation of all HR initiatives, including diversity, healthy work environment, succession planning and employee engagement.
