Cartersville Medical Center Generates $207,132,172 to Bartow County's Economy

In 2006, Cartersville Medical Center generated more than $207,132,172 in revenue for the local economy according to a recent report by the Georgia Hospital Association, the state’s largest hospital trade association. The report also found that, during the same time period, Cartersville Medical Center provided approximately $8,025,240 in uncompensated care while sustaining more than 1,297 full-time jobs throughout Bartow County and the rest of the state.

Cartersville Medical Center CEO Keith Sandlin was among twenty hospital CEOs with HCA’s TriStar Health System who today reaffirmed their support of the nation’s National Guard and Reserve units.
